The LOVATO 198/i injection switch, which can be easily installed under the dashboard.

This switch has four LED's for indicating the carburant level. The first LED has a double function and indicates the reserve with a red colour.

The new LOVATO 223 injection switch has highly compact dimensions and is specially made for integration in the dashboard. The level gauge is indicated by two double function LED's.

Versatility

The LOV – Eco system, compatible with all kinds of lambda sensor, is programmed for a correct operation on all types of vehicles.

Simple electrical connections

The electrical connections are made pre-wired and polarised, allowing an quick and easy installation.

Programmation and configuration

The device can be programmed and configurated by using a PC. At all time the actual state of all the parameters of the engine, LOV – Eco device, emulation and fuel flow will be displayed. The programming of the device can be changed at any time, so that a optimal combustion with a minimum of consumption and emissions can be achieved.

For an easy check of the combustion the LOV – Eco unit is equipped with three LED's, displaying the value given by the lambda sonde.

Wide range of emulations

The LOV – Eco device can be programmed by the PC to emulate all types of signals and configurations.

Flow actuator

The flow actuator contains a steppen-motor, which allows a micrometric regulation of the quantity of gas by reducing or increasing the gas flow.

Optimising of mixers

Using the PC monitoring function, all the signals received by the LOV – Eco as well as the signal given to the flow actuator will be displayed, even in the road test mode. This option allows the installer to determine the perfect sizing of the mixer and therefore optimising the performance and reducing the consumption and emissions.

ADVANTAGES FOR THE USER

Use

The LOV – Eco system always starts on petrol, even with the switch on the gas position. The passage to gas is automatic in deceleration after having reached the commutating threshold (about 2750 revs) and/or temperature. Switching from gas to petrol and backwards can be done at any time, while driving or standing still.

The system is also equipped by an emergency-mode which allows the engine to start directly on gas, in case of malfunctioning of the car’s original petrol system or when the fuel-tank is empty.

Consumption

The continuous optimal control of the combustion of the engine will lead to a reduction of the fuel consumption.

Performance

The LOV – Eco electronic system guarantees excellent performance, with the engine efficiency and driveability comparable with petrol.

Friendly enviroment

The engine combustion achieved by the LOV – Eco system considerably reduces the emissions of the polluting exhaust gasses, by establishing the best working conditions for the engine’s catalyst converter. The comparison of the pollution factor from the different types of fuel is shown in the graph.
